Duties : Provide technical guidance and support related to medical devices, including troubleshooting issues, providing application support, and assisting with documentation and regulatory compliance; involve in resolving customer issues, representing customer feedback to internal teams; recommend solutions for hardware, software, and consumable issues related to IVD instruments and applications; Assist with IVDR-related activities; Work with other teams, such as R&D, quality, and manufacturing, to resolve technical issues and improve product performance; similar.
Requirements: MS or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Sciences, Technology, or Related and 1 year experience in medical devices including technical reviews, test protocols, regulatory approval process and IVDR requirements.
